Shipping policy

Chickadee Stitchery strives to use eco-friendly packaging and shipping materials whenever possible. Much of our packaging is plastic free, and most of our shipping materials are reused, recycled, biodegradable and/or compostable, and are labelled as such! As part of our effort to be planet friendly, packages may be shipped in reused cardboard boxes from major retailers.

If you would prefer not to receive a reused cardboard box that may be branded from another retailer, simply leave a note in your order! If you have any other requests / questions about our packaging and shipping, please send a message!
